Dr. Archangeli received his PhD (2025) in Robotics and his MS (2022) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, and his BS (2017) in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University. His research is rooted in the co-design of robotic hardware and application, leading to the development of powered hip exoskeletons that better emulate natural joint mechanics, and low-cost powered prostheses aimed at inspiring and training future generations of engineer-scientists. He has also mentored undergraduate and graduate teams in the development of powered exoskeletons and prosthesis.
